If you know the steps of buying tickets, that's great, but you can do even more to make sure your ticket purchase goes smoothly. You can find our guide on this here, but we'll highlight the most important points:

• Wait for your turn! When a lot of people want to buy tickets at the same time, we serve the ticket buyers from a waiting room. Just like in real life, the more patient and organized the line, the faster and more reliable the service is. It's not worth rushing, jumping back and forth, opening multiple windows, standing in line multiple times, or trying to buy from your phone, tablet, and desktop at the same time. None of these help and actually slows down the process, increasing the number of people in line and using the webshop - unnecessarily. Just imagine if 100 people in front of you are trying to buy from 3 devices each - you'll see 300 people in front of you. So be patient, and follow the waiting room instructions.
• Register! You may have already registered on the event organizer's website to get certain benefits (e.g. early access to tickets). This registration is not enough for buying tickets - you need to create a specific funcode.hu account for the purchase. You can do this during the purchase, but you can also do it in advance to save time during the actual purchase.
• Make sure you are ready for payment! Have your credit card ready, make sure you have enough funds for your card, check your transaction and daily limits. If your card requires multi-level approval such as one time text message password, have your phone, password, app, and everything else you might need for that multi-step approval process, ready to go.
